Help us get to Edinburgh with Crowd Funder UK!

It's been a pretty depressing day for the arts what with over 200 arts groups finding out that their funding has been withdrawn.  Congrats to all those who were successful in their bids but we can't help but feel for the unlucky ones. We're sure by tomorrow morning survival instincts will be kicking in!

It's a time where companies have to discover new entrepreneurial ways of raising money to make high quality art and How It Ended are doing their bit!

Crowd Funder UK is an exciting new way of generating investments for upcoming artistic projects. You are given space on their website http://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/ to pitch a project that needs funding and if people like the sound of it they are able donate money to your campaign.

Check out How It Ended's pitch here: http://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/investment/waterproof-at-edinburgh-fringe-festival-2011-136

Our pitch is dead simple, we're basically looking for support in bringing WATERPROOF to Edinburgh this summer. It's amazing just how much its costs but we know it's the place to be, especially for emerging companies like us - hoping to be plucked out of obscurity and into the limelight. If you got the chance to see one of our preview shows in Hoxton and liked what you saw or you just think we sound interesting - have a look at our pitch and if you can, we'd really appreciate your support.  This all means so much to us.

Thank you.
